Do I need a passport to travel?

If you are traveling out of the country, you need a government issued passport. Passports must not expire within six months of the travel return date. Passports must have at least two blank pages.

For cruises that depart from and return to the same U.S. port, a passport is not required. Instead, you can use a government-issued ID and a birth certificate. However, it is recommended to have a passport available in case of emergencies.

What if I need to cancel or change my booking?

We understand that plans can change. JNE Getaway charges a $100 per person change/cancellation fee which must be collected prior to our agency releasing the booking. Our supplier's cancellation and change policies are, also, applicable to the booking which vary depending on the specific trip and components involved. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your booking.
